We stand as a unified body that put forth legislation and public policy to address the needs of the African American community.

We will continue to work diligently toward providing a better quality of life and economic opportunities for all citizens of Delaware. And we look forward to collaborating with various constituent bodies and organizations to strategically influence the legislative progress.
